Gina Shields , Aerobics Instructor
Ms. Shields has been a part of the Atlanta Human Performance Center team since 1997. She has over 30 years of experience as a fitness professional. Ms. Shields’ extensive fitness background includes teaching aerobics, water aerobics, senior and step aerobics as well as yoga. She is a certified weight trainer and nutritionist.
Her classes at Atlanta Human Performance Center include, Pilates, Silver Sneakers, line dancing, chair aerobics, and silver yoga.
