Ms. Shields has been a part of the Atlanta Human Performance Center team since 1997. She has over 30 years of experience as a fitness professional. Mr. Lowther received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Morehouse College (Atlanta, GA). Mr. Lowther is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in exercise and sports science at Life University, in Kennesaw, GA. As the Fitness Center Assistant, he assists clients with creating customized exercise programs. He also assists with the maintenance of the facility. In
